Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Buzz’d Buzz Tours! We’re here to make your wine country experience as smooth, fun, and worry-free as possible. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservations & Payment

  • A valid credit card is required to reserve your tour.

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking.

  • Pricing is based on tour type. Additional hours beyond the scheduled tour are subject to additional fees.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before your scheduled tour will receive a full refund of your deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour will receive a full refund only if we can fill the space with a new reservation. 

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable.

  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

3. Changes to Bookings

  • We’ll do our best to accommodate changes to your reservation, but any adjustments must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Changes are subject to availability.

4. Guest Conduct

  • All guests must be 21 years of age or older to participate in wine tastings.

  • No alcohol consumption is allowed inside the vehicle at any time (per local laws).

  • We expect all passengers to behave respectfully toward the driver, the vehicle, and other passengers. Buzz’d Buzz Tours reserves the right to terminate any tour, without refund, if guest behavior becomes disruptive or unsafe.

5. Liability Waiver

  • Buzz’d Buzz Tours is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during the tour.

  • Guests participate in wine tastings and restaurant visits at their own risk. Please drink responsibly.

  • By booking a tour, you acknowledge that you are physically able to ride in the vehicle and participate in the planned activities.

6. Transportation Terms

  • Our VW ID. Buzz accommodates up to 5 passengers.

  • Pick-up is available within a 20-mile radius of the designated winery town. Guests outside this area will be given a convenient meeting location.

  • The vehicle is electric, quiet, and eco-friendly. Please note that route adjustments may be made based on charging needs and road conditions.

7. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Tours will run rain or shine, but in rare cases of extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances, Buzz’d Buzz Tours reserves the right to reschedule or cancel with a full refund.

8. Agreement

By completing a booking with Buzz’d Buzz Tours, you confirm that you’ve read and agree to the above terms and conditions.
